Pernah mengalami atau melihat peringatan The system administrator has set policies to prevent this installation saat menginstall suatu software ? Peringatan ini muncul karena Windows Installer tidak terdaftar (registered). Waktu itu pengalaman saya saat mengalaminya begitu pusing karena saya mencoba berbagai cara seperti mengotak-atik regedit, download ini itu, bahkan menggunakan command prompt, namun tetap saja gagal. Tapi setelah mencoba berbagai cara lainnya akhirnya saya menemukan cara termudah dan tercepat mengatasi masalah peringatan “The system administrator has set policies to prevent this installation” yang membuat penginstallan gagal selalu.
Berikut cara mudah yang dilakukan di Windows 7 :
- Masuk ke Control Panel
- Rubah View By control panel menjadi small icon
- Klik user account
- Klik Change User Account Control settings
- Lalu tarik ke bawah notify hingga posisi paling bawah
- Klik Ok
- Restart komputer untuk merasakan effectnya
